Tri Loom & Sewing

The back of this shirt is actually buttoned. I should have taken a picture of that.
I couldn't find a pair of PJ's I liked. Answer to problem? Dig into our tons of patterns and create a pair for myself.
I am actually rather proud to say that this fully lined, two-piece boucle suite was made completely by hand. No machines involved.
Green satin lined with silk - a very fancy jacket and a lot warmer than I bargained for - but I love the end result!
This is a Tri Loom. You can create many woven projects on it using one skien of yarn, or you use several types and techniques.
Joey is my artistic supervisor in all projects and he decided to inspect the photo shoot this particular day.
This is the hard stare Joey gave me when I said I needed to take pictures without kitties involved...
This is the first "normal" tri loom project I made. The tri is basically meant for weaving shawls upon.
Here is a back view of the same shawl. I had a bit of fun creating the fringe on the border - but it took a long time.
This is one of my hybrid Tri Loom creations. I'm not sure what to call it ... but I think it turned out fairly pretty.
A back view of the same. The yarn used is something of a mohair and very /very/ soft.
Ah ... I love crazy yarn! Another hybrid tri loom woven project idea that turned out right.
A much fancier scarf made of mohair yarn with tiny pearls sewn into it just above the fringe.
An odd idea that turned out right ... a woven purse! The decoration is actually a piece of old jewelry - it seems to make for a nice touch.
A close up of the first woven purse I created to show a little more detail.
Yes, this is one triangular piece of cloth. All I did was get creative and sew a few well placed seams and voila ... a bolero/shrug type thing?
Side view of the bolero - The sleeves are what you might call capped dolmen and offer plenty of movement.
Back view. I used Lion Brand Homespun yarn for this project. I use it on a lot of things because the effect seems quite nice.
A far smaller purse than the first one I made. I actually have used this as a bag for my digital camera.
